Sugar vs. sugar free products? How are they different in terms of.....? - effects of sweet n low

My body was very sensitive to the effects of sugar ( "Rush", "Sugar Rush"), I can not sweetener in my tea or coffee. Products such as Sweet 'n Low or Splenda has the same effect?
