Red surface rash on skin? - skin rash from tires

If I like a cold, tired, sick and stressed out over a maximum exersion physical or mental, or even food poisoning, I break into a rash, especially on my torsso, but also on the arms and legs. It is a little itchy, but not much and you are serious I will peel back later.
