Extension Arm Light Will My Arms Be Bigger Or Bulkier If I Take Light Weights?

Will my arms be bigger or bulkier if i take light weights? - extension arm light

or my arms are longer has weakened? I am a girl and I'm pretty hard on his back, arms and chest. I read somewhere that it should avoid a weapon, exercises such as dips, triceps extensions and biceps curls, but I want to get thinner arms. Help!

More weight and less reps = mass

Less weight and more reps = Lean.

Therefore, less weight to about 15-20 repetitions of each .. Game 3 of the best.

Yes, I like to me and has many years of gymnastics we have great arm muscles and broad shoulders. But when I heard that, I started doing cardio instead to strengthen the work outs and the work that I missed a lot of muscle and fat cover, cut off from my body and I gave more curves. Now it seems normal, but take some time. Try to avoid power walking, swimming, walking or cycling for one day in about 30 minutes and the power of weapons.
